This special live podcast recording took place at London Metropolitan University and featured three guests who are all founders of new, up and coming food businesses.

We were joined by Lucy Adams, the CEO and Founder of Martee's, providing healthy options in unmanned spaces previously only catered to by traditional vending machines. We also spoke with Simon Carty, the CEO and Founder of Amino Drinks, designed to quite literally fuel your fitness. Rounding out the panel was Lou Dillon, the Founder of Twisted Kambucha, a fermented tea brand that aims to bring fermented products and their health benefits into the mainstream.
