    On todays episode I am going to be talking to all you lovely people who now find themselves for better or worse working from home.

    Now most of you have never wanted to work from home, it's not something you ever planned on, its a total break from the world you are used to and that you prefer.

    Having worked from home full time for about a year and currently now working from home during this pandemic I am sharing some of my best tips and tricks to keep a really positive mindset during these trying times. From time management, sleeping, communication and keeping your body healthy. We skim a couple of the most important things for ya and your situation.
