  • Francisco Lindor and teammate Javy Baez did not help themselves with the New York media when they decided to respond to fans booing by giving them a 'thumbs-down'. Mets fans everywhere took a gut punch and heavily booed their team in response.  Today, Lindor and Baez have since apogolized and even managed to come back from a 4 run deficit to defeat the Miami Marlins.  A big win for the Mets indeed, and El Mago himself scored the winning run off a Conforto single.  All is well when you win games, but is too late for the Mets to save their season?
