À propos de cet audio

In an age where perception is fact and negativity and conflict remain entertainment, it can be difficult and sometimes troubling to find a positive and try and understand another’s perspective. Join Josh C. Jones, an author, teacher, speaker, and more, as he discusses different topics in an attempt to showcase a differing perspective with a nugget of positivity and truth. Let's ask those questions, travel some of those logical thought trails, think outside the current culture's accepted cognition, and find some valuable information, which could very well bring hope, understanding, and a proper perspective to our lives. With these podcast episodes, as with my books and writings, I hope to help you rebuild your faith, reignite your hope, overcome depression, open that dialogue, and reach your destiny of richness, success, and life. All material has been previously copyrighted with the U.S. Library of Congress. • (Special Episode) No Kings Day
    Jun 19 2025

A powerful and provocative political poem that explores the erosion of liberty and constitutional principles in the face of unchecked executive power. Through vivid imagery and a rhythmic structure, we draw parallels between historical monarchy and modern political leadership—suggesting that while kings may not wear crowns today, their methods of suppression, censorship, and control persist under new guises. With this poem we critique the consolidation of authority, the circumvention of democratic process, and the silencing of dissent, all while calling you to recognize the fragility of freedom when the people grow complacent.

Blending satire with a deep sense of patriotic lament, we question the legitimacy of political figures who operate beyond the reach of law and accountability. With this poem we will touch on themes of censorship, policy overreach, pandemic mandates, immigration secrecy, and election integrity, all while invoking the ghost of tyranny once thought defeated.

This poem is both a warning and a wake-up call—a reminder that true leadership must answer to the people, and that liberty demands constant vigilance.

  • Episode 100: If You Pay Peanuts
    Jun 17 2025

Are you getting paid peanuts for the work you do? If so, what can you do about it?

Are you paying someone else peanuts for their work? If so, have you just created a circus?

I found this quote in a very unlikely place, but it fits well with most people’s perceptions and stations in life. What is that quote? Listen and find out.

But know this: You are worth more than you think.

  • Episode 099: The Evils of a Tool
    Jun 3 2025

Can a tool be evil? Is an inanimate object inherently evil?

What are your thoughts on this? Well, mine are expressed in this episode.

In this episode we will tackle what should be an easy-to-answer question: Is a tool evil? Are guns evil? Can a tool commit a crime?

Listen as we talk about the obvious and some people’s heads explode with obvious, logical, and objective reasoning.
