Holidays used to be a stressful and resentment filled time of the year for me. And I’ve heard so many women secretly admit this too.

We often fall into roles, expectations and sense of obligation around the planning and managing and cooking and family dynamics that bring more exhaustion than joy.

And for those of us who are energetically and emotionally sensitive, empathic or introverted, we often feel the pull to get quieter while the world gets louder, busier and more social.

So how do we navigate all this? What energy do you want to create inside of yourself? How do you nurture your own light as the world gets darker and we’re drawn into winter fallow time?

We explore all this and more.
