Following the death of her husband in 2017, Holly channelled her experiences into launching The Happy Me Project, a platform offering coaching, workshops, and a bestselling book focused on self-development. Holly's approach emphasises relatable, no-nonsense advice on well-being and confidence. She has a TED Talk with over half a million views and has been featured on various media outlets, including BBC, ITV, and major newspapers.
