  • If you’re wondering where to start, today I’m covering the first main things you need to know to get your foot in the door with real estate investing. Are you interested in the cash flow side? The equity building side? Both?

    Here’s the clear cut info you need to know:

    Here in Utah multi-family units don’t need a 25% down payment unless they’re over 4 doors. So 2-4 unit properties are a great place to start!

    My pro-tip for anyone and everyone is to start an aggressive plan to save money for a down payment. 

    Multi-family properties are less risky than Airbnb properties. Listen in to learn why.
