  • Is it good to give thanks in all things? I mean, should we thank God even when things go terribly wrong or when horrible things happen in the world, or to us? Human nature would probably say no, how can one give thanks when everything is falling apart around us, or when life seems to be ebbing at its last, or happiness has just walked out the back door of our life. Yes, indeed, The Bible says we should always give thanks, even in times of great affliction, not for the adversity, but in the adversity rather. That is the idea. So, let’s talk about affliction and hear the Word of the Lord on the matter.
