Friends, when it comes to our mental health, there are several things around us that affect us and anything can trigger us and make us vulnerable to situations that we otherwise are very much capable of handling.

In today's episode, I host Shubhrata Prakash who is doing some good work in the mental health domain and acts as a "North Star" to people in need.

There are certain gaps created in society over a period of time that are causing distress and mental health issues in the long run. We probably need to identify them and work on them consciously.
