  • On the surface one would think that 1:1 coaching would be more expensive than group coaching. In today’s episode, Gina challenges that notion and believes that group coaching should be at the top of your offering. With group coaching or as Gina likes to call it, a “Mastermind” you can grow faster, add more value and make it a more rewarding experience for your members. We have been taught that worshiping the individual is the best way to grow a business when in fact working with a group you can cherry pick which advice you want to take while hearing from a number of different experiences.
