  • The Lexington Minutemen secured their 3rd straight Ohio Cardinal Conference championship on Friday, as Lex beat Madison on the road, 63-49. The win gave the Minutemen (16-2, 10-1) a share of the league title, which is their 9th overall OCC crown. Lex can win the outright championship with a Mansfield Senior loss to New Philadelphia on Saturday, or a Minutemen win, next Friday at Ashland. Brayden Fogle had a great game vs Madison, scoring 23 points and pulling down 8 rebounds. Joe Caudill had a double-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds (7 offensive), 3 assists, 3 steals and a block in just 20 minutes. The Rams (4-15, 1-9 in OCC), dropped their 9th straight game, and were led in scoring by Cam Kuhn and Justin Mcraney, who each had 12 points.
