  • In NWSL news, the NWSL has officially awarded the city of Denver the 16th Franchise in the league. According to multiple reports the Denver group paid a record $110mill expansion fee. More than double the previous fee. Denver joins Boston as the newest expansion side set to play their inaugural season in 2026.
