When Bernadette’s husband revealed that he was an alcoholic, her world was irrevocably changed. Over the following months and years, she devoted herself to supporting him through his struggle with addiction. During this time of profound difficulty, she turned to her Irish Catholic roots, finding comfort and strength in the practice of the rosary. Her spiritual journey deepened as she began to deeply connect with her ancestors, seeking both emotional and spiritual guidance. This bond grew in powerful ways, providing her with a sense of support and reassurance that she was not alone and that her prayers were being heard. Though her husband ultimately succumbed to his illness, Bernadette's experience led her to a profound understanding of healing. Today, she shares her journey with others, teaching the transformative power of ancestral connection for healing and personal growth. Bernadette Thompson is the owner of Tell Me Our Story, Ancestral Healing. She is an Intuitive Ancestral Healer, Grief, and Spiritual coach, and a guide for those who have experienced loss. Bernadette helps them move through the grieving process and introduces them to Ancestral Healing and Spirit Communication so they can begin to heal. Several years ago, while navigating trauma and loss herself, Bernadette experienced a profound Spiritual Awakening which opened the channel to communication with her Ancestors and Guides.
