In the final episode of 2024 we recap some of our favorite moments with our amazing guests!
Starting off with Dr. William Li who dives deep into the science of food as medicine. He speaks of the benefits of good bacteria as they relate to our general health, the best sources of dietary fibre and a specific fruit that can heal the gut over night!
Over to Dr. Steven Gundry, a world renowned heart surgeon who opens up Pandora's box on a plethora of nutrition facts and myths! He speaks on the inception of the organic movement, farmer’s market produce versus supermarket produce and the effects antibiotics have on our gut.
Then onto one of my favorites from this year, Dr. Taz! She unpacks the relationship between hormones, lifestyle and general health and how androgens can lead to PCOS and insulin resistance!
Moving on to Kayla Barnes-Lentz, a leading voice in health optimization. She touches on biohacking for women, the impact of EMFs, solutions to detoxify your life and living to 150.
Lastly, we revisit our episode with my new friend Sabrina Zohar, a creator and entrepreneur who drops no BS dating advice! She speaks on spotting red and green flags, self-worth in relationships and how past trauma influences our behavior in relationships!
