  • Welcome to my podcast and thank you for being here. My name is Anna Price and I am a healthy living, functional fitness, nutrition and self care expert of 28 years. I've done it all from directing corporate, commercial and private health programs/facilities, in Toronto, Canada, to working in pilates studios and as a private personal trainer and life coach for LA socialites, celebrities, Hollywood TV studio heads, directors, celebrity integrative doctors, and everyday Angelenos. My intention for this show is to deliver short powerful episodes to inspire, educate and transform you with my stories and the thousands of women I have helped. I offer fresh perspectives, insights, new information to take your health, body, self-care and life to a whole new level in your 40's, 50's and beyond. This show is for you if you are a high performing woman...or any human being ready to go deeper, higher. You KNOW there's more to life than this. You want a stronger body, higher energy, a sound mind, stable emotions AND deeper meaning, a better/new career, lifestyle or relationship. You CAN have it all because you ALREADY have it all! You just need to be reminded and to re-connect to it. I will cover what "having it all" means to YOU based on your definition and terms, NOT BASED ON ANYONE ELSE'S. I will discuss how to continue being a woman, person who never gives up or settles for less, and how to live life on your terms without guilt, burning out or sacrificing your health and self-care in the process. I hope to create a tribe of women who lift each other up, I will offer support and challenge, tell the truth--with love and compassion--when it's uncomfortable, so you (we) can grow. I will reveal my health secrets and the secrets I am sometimes ashamed to share (which are hidden superpowers;) . I believe as strong, resilient, wise, maturing women, we can make an even bigger difference...together....and maybe even move humanity forward :) .

  • 5 Steps To Change "workshop"

    In this episode I share a tool I used with my coach to get me "unstuck" and out of a funk, something I refer to over and over again when I want change. And now, I am sharing it with you, in hopes it will help you in any area of life you wish to have something and it's just not happening, or to get you through a difficult time. 5 Steps To Change is a mini workshop. So, do this at a time when you have about 20-30 minutes to yourself, in a quiet space. Get out a paper and pen, your laptop or phone notes and keep this somewhere you can refer to it, again and again.     This episode is for all you energizer bunnies who started the year off strong....and you're still going....and going...and going! Remembering to create deliberate space to slow down means you can speed up and make more progress with less stress and overwhelm. Get more done, have more time to do the things that are most important to you, this year. We can also get easily distracted by what isn’t important, or what drains us of our good energy to focus on what REALLY matters. 2021 is in full swing, maybe you started the year strong and your losing steam, this is for you, also.  Are you losing momentum and starting to revert to old habits and patterns that aren’t serving your goals, highest good or next level? Maybe you set unrealistic expectations or have become impatient. It’s not uncommon for you to stop wanting to workout consistently, or overtrain, to keep eating healthy, or to be to hard on yourself. Your sleep suffers, and you start making excuses for not making your health, family, relationships, or business a priority.  Even though your excuses are valid (mine always are;) our choices can hurt us, not help us. Excuses always keep us stuck or we back pedal. It’s time to check in on your current situation, and re-focus on what matters. What I learned is that there are 9 areas of wealth (health, finances, character, community) to name a few. Wealth is the accumulation of value. Consciously creating and expanding your wealth—based on what YOU value most—is the name of the game in 2021.

Do this in the morning before you start your day, before an important event in your life, a date, a difficult conversation with a loved one, meeting, before you go into a stressful situation. It energizes you, shifts your come from, and gives you the confidence you need to face any life situation with more aliveness, focus and ease. Listen to Limiting Beliefs "Innercise" Part 1 and Part 2 every time you want to shift your emotions, state of mind...quickly.
