  • In the next episode of Sparta Global's DiverseIT Stories, Gaia Caruso sat down with Jack Flanagan - Talent Coordinator at Sparta Global. As a young Queer man, Jack explores the importance of language and action in the workplace in providing a supportive space and sense of belonging for people to be themselves. Speaking honestly about his own experiences, and addressing the differences between heteronormative ideals and discrimination, Jack implores employers and peers to do better to support members of the LGBTQ+ community.
