Hilton and Amy have flown the coop of their lives in South Carolina, and hit the road, the skies, and the rails for a 30 day adventure in Europe.

This episode finds them in beautiful Torino, Italy. This Northern Italy city is the capital of Piedmont region, and the first capital of Italy!

This leg of the adventure gives opportunity to catch up on some of the sights, sounds, people, venues, sounds, and delicious foods explored…so far. Whatever’s next, WE are always ready to pack a suitcase!

Amy is joined for a special Mother's Day episode by she and Hilton's oldest daughter, Ariana.  

The two share the highs and lows of their relationship and special bond as mother and daughter, and what for both the journey ahead is hoped to be not only for them...but, for the entire family unit.

For it is true that everyday is indeed a mother's day.  For each day, spent thinking about the love had for your child...is the BEST day!

On this episode Hilton and Amy give pause to the struggles for the citizens of Ukraine, as war and conflict continue in the region.  Sadly, additional thoughts of sadness and fear are shared as a shooting on the subway in Brooklyn, NY occurred with a multiple of victims injured, and some killed.  

A lighter shared discussion of favorite books, and movies, allowed the adventurers to banter about their love of reading, film, and the interpretations they've loved best from the page to the screen.  

A quick trip down memory lane of favorite adventures shared with their best friends and amazing travel buddies, Tony and Jacky allow a recount of some of their whacky journeys, as the "Forever Friends."  

With an upcoming trip coming in May, Hilton and Amy close the episode with the question:  "What's in your Backpack...What Can You Not live Without?"
