  • The exterior is the manifestation of the interior. So if you really consider that you lose in everything, that you fail in everything, it is because inside you are believing it. So the first point is the following.

    1- Change the loser mentality - Fight against all contrary feelings

    There are two ways in which the life of a loser is gestated, and it is by acting on the mind and on the feelings. And the following usually happens.

    You think that you are the best and that there is no one like you
    Pride is born - feeling
    That pride leads to failure - There are many ways I can do it
    And the cycle repeats, or the following happens.

    From past experience you think you are a loser

    You fill yourself with feelings of sadness and insecurity

    If you dare to undertake, you fail again because of said insecurity

    And so the cycle continues. In some cases it is not necessary to take the first steps, since the person starts out thinking that he is a loser. But regardless of the case, the truth is that the mind and feelings have a great impact on how you live from failure to failure. So the first thing is to start telling yourself that if you can, that you are a winner, that you will achieve success. You must do it every day several times a day, the idea is to change your thinking and what you feel.

    2- Identify what makes you a loser

    The problem may not be in the mind, but indifferently we must detect what it is that has made you lead the life of a loser beyond what you think or feel. I mean attitudes, character, etc.

    It is possible that you have been failing in your business because you have vices, because you do not know how to manage money, because nobody supports you because of your character, etc. The answer in this case to how to stop being a loser is to accept your mistakes and start working to improve.

    Now, if you do not detect errors in yourself, ask someone you trust to tell you. Someone who you know is going to be sincere, promise not to bother you and take into account what they say.

    3- Forget the past. Do not stagnate!

    It is normal to hear that you have to forget the defeats of the past otherwise you will continue to be a loser, due to all that insecurity that we already talked about. However, it is not only forgetting the past because of the bad, but even when remembering the good stagnates you.

    I mean, you live off your past triumphs and you don't make an effort to get over yourself. It is very common and unfortunate to see entrepreneurs who achieve many sales in their business in the first days, however, after that success they do not continue to strive and settle. That is where failure comes from carelessness!

    So if you are one of these people, you must put the past behind you and focus on what you have and focus on what you want to achieve!

    4- Try harder than you should

    A very common characteristic of losers is that they don't try harder than usual, they don't run another mile. And let me tell you something, what people say is normal to work in a day, it really is normal for an employee, but not for an entrepreneur.

    That is why if you start and work as an employee, the probability that you will fail is high. You have to start putting in a little more effort and then you will get more favorable results.
