There are all sorts of issues and problems we face in relationships - communication shortcomings, over crossed boundaries, rebuilding trust, resolving conflict, increasing intimacy, and many more. For all of these issues there are countless solutions we can use to try and improve in these areas.
One skill I find to be most impactful is the practice of Mindfulness.
In this episode I talk about what mindfulness is and how to start a simple mindfulness practice. The reason I find mindfulness so helpful is because it is accessible by anyone and anywhere - you don't need a coach or counselor or guru to teach you how to do it.
