NOT SUPPRESSING THIS is a podcast is a place where we'll talk those nagging thoughts and emotions that drive us crazy, impair us, challenge us and instead of getting caught up in a powerless cycle, losing ourselves day by day, we can learn to face them in a way that helps us get over the hurdle, simmers down the ego so we can feel empowered, grounded while staying true to ourselves as we shift.
