  • This episode we speak to the rock and roll band Helena Pop. Based in Canberra, Helena pop are five piece band that have been writing, touring and performing for a number of years and have recently released a single titled "Oh What Shame".

    We talk about how the band was formed and how all the members joined and fit in within the group. We talk about how the group’s sonic direction has changed over time, moving from singer song-writer folk to eclectic pop that draws from a broad range of sound. We talk about  the way Jack writes music and brings it to the band for it to be formed into the final piece. Helena Pop also tell us about the ideas and concepts behind the way they perform.
