“Inside Dean Athletics” is a show that is uploaded weekly, about what it is like to be a student athlete at a division III school, particularly Dean College. The show includes interviews with student athletes across a variety of sports, where they will provide their insight into how being a student athlete affects their personal and academic lives. The purpose of the podcast is to give people, mostly high schoolers and college students, a better perspective of how being a student athlete can take a toll on a college student. It is hosted by Sam Sundstrom, an aspiring sports broadcaster, who was also a student athlete at Dean. In episode one, Sam dives into how being a student athlete can affect your image and your mental health in that spectrum. He interviews Liam O’Neill, a senior at Dean who is on the men’s golf team.
