    Gitlab started in 2011 as an open source project to help one team of programmers collaborate and  is now the platform millions of people use to deliver software faster, more efficiently, while strengthening security and compliance. Since the beginning, Gitlab have been firm believers in remote work, open source, DevSecOps, and iteration. 

    Stacy walks us through her role in terms of promoting ESG and corporate sustainability the a globally spread organization of 1800+ team members, and a community of over 30 million registered users and helps us understand Gitlab's commitment to transparency in all they do as a core value.
