  • Jessie Andrews is an actor and the powerhouse entrepreneur behind Basic Swim, Tase Gallery, and the celeb-beloved jewelry line Bagatiba. But her career journey has been a winding one. When she was 18, Andrews became an adult film actor. After shooting over 140 films and winning an AVN award for Best Actress for her performance in Portrait of a Call Girl, she left the industry to pursue DJing and entrepreneurship. In this episode, she discusses the financial benchmark she needed to hit to leave the world of adult film and what it looked like to start over in an unfamiliar industry. Andrews also dives into how she finds design inspiration for her brands and why she feels like the older she gets, the better she gets at saying no.
