  • Episode 58 Turn Fat and Frumpy into Fit and Fantastic. No more sick and tired of being sick and tired
    Mar 16 2026

Sometimes we get to a point where we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. We get angry because we don't know how we got this out of shape. What happened?

Our energy is low, we get cranky, we feel fat and frumpy and to top it off we are on medications to control our high blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, headaches and joint pain.

We are addicted to sweets and starchy foods. The minute we get up we feed our bodies full of chemicals from the drink and food choices we make.

How can we break this cycle? How can we regain our health and lose the need for many of the prescriptions we are on. How can our food choices change not just how we look on the outside, but give us a true positive changes to the inside that we cannot see.

My guest Kate Goyette tells us how. There is proven science to the program she offers through Optavia.

Here is her information, she truly can help you transform your life like hers was transformed.
