  • Toronto Maple Leafs captain John Tavares joins the podcast and it turns out that he is an even better person than he is a hockey player!! John was more than gracious with his time, and as a result this is part one of two. Crestwood Edge students Malena and Ryan join us and ask John some tough questions. We gain some insight into how John became the first player granted exceptional player status by the Ontario Hockey League, and what it was like to be named captain of the most recognized and popular hockey team in Canada, the Toronto Maple Leafs. John gets placed on the hot seat when Producer Peers questions him about who is the better brother-in-law, Owen or Tanner.
