    Maureen owns a house in Noank. She sells it to Michael. He discovers numerous defects after she moves out and sues: Maureen's lawyer! Is the Seller's lawyer responsible to the buyer for defects in the house? What did the Judge say? 2. Jerry is driving Teresa's car. He drives negligently and a motorcyclist gets killed in the collision. Teresa gets sued. We looked into why, what happened at court, and what the lesson is for motor vehicle owners who lend their vehicle to someone else to drive. 3. Jane doe was dating Dan Roe. He and his son moved in with her. She transferred a half-interest in her house to Dan. 5 years later, they break up. Jane wants her house title back in her name alone. Dan says Sure, just pay me half its fair market value. Jane says NO WAY! We'll discuss how the Court resolved it — and what listeners can do to protect themselves if they're considering doing something like Jane did. That was it. Only call was from a commercial real estate broker who applauded the story about the house in Noank and what we told listeners to do so as to avoid being in Michael's situation.
