As law enforcement began their investigation, they were led to 301 Orchard Avenue, the home of 39-year-old Timothy Haslett Junior. And what they found behind the doors of that home led many to believe there was a serial killer on the loose in Kansas City. Eleven year old Alison Parrott left her upscale Rosedale home on July 25, 1986 to get her picture taken with her winning track and field team. She never returned home and her body was found 2 days later in Kings Mill Park. Ten years later the technology used to find the Scarborough Rapist - one Paul Bernardo - would also lead to Alison't killer and finally justice for her family. Fourteen-year-old Anthony Lamar Peterson went missing during the summer of 2005 while visiting family in Palatka, Florida. Days later, his unrecognizable body was found floating in Deep Creek, just miles from where he was last seen.
