Today they are stopping into Bella Napoli Pizza and Restaurant located at 848 Nazareth Pike Nazareth PA 18064. They are joined by Kevin (manager) and his wife Krista (server) to talk about the Lehigh Valley's best pizzeria with one of the most comprehensive gluten-free menus you will find. Stemming from a personal place, Kevin and Krista's daughter has Celiac Disease so she has limited options on places to be able to safely eat out since many restaurants even when serving Gluten-Free dishes aren't able to prepare them to the standard that she needs to avoid getting sick. Kevin suggested that Bella Napoli start serving Gluten-Free dishes prepared to the highest level of food safety to allow those with Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance a safe place to eat high-quality Italian Food.
