  • Hey we all have adversity that we will face at one time or another. How you handle that adversity just may determine your ability to tackle other difficult situations in your life. In todays motivational episode, Frederick talks about Flo from Good Times. She lost her husband and is the sole provider for her kids. She wanders how she will move on in life. Maybe you have had some situations like that.
