With 35+ years in advanced analytics for commercial innovation, she has partnered with 26 Fortune 100 companies to develop the data insights and systems that shape business strategies and drive measurable impact. Recognized as a leading expert in health data and innovations, Beth has held various executive analytic roles at IMS/IQVIA and Merck/MSD, fostering the data-informed work cultures that influence and embolden C-Suite executives to embrace and lead cutting-edge business investments.

    As Founder and CEO of PosiROI, Beth leverages her extensive network and expertise, both human and data, to help clients ideate and scale impactful change. In partnership with CMU’s CREATE Lab, PosiROI is launching the Communities Connected Program to bridge trust, knowledge, technology and connection for local communities to improve their own health and wealth, together.

    Beth earned a Bachelor of Science double-major in psychology and professional writing, minoring in Statistics, from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Statistics from Rutgers University. She is also VP of The DataJam, a non-profit advancing the data science skills of young people, and a Global Board Member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Women in Healthcare Give Back Affinity Group. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University. Currently, she works at Northwell Health as a Patient Account Representative. Paulina’s primary interests in the healthcare field are data analytics and public health, and she is eager to explore the intersection between these two areas. She believes there is always room for improvement. With new data arriving every day, the key questions she focuses on are: What can be done with it? What patterns can be identified to enhance patient experience and benefit the community?
