In this podcast, Abigail Favale discusses her book Genesis of Gender and contemporary gender studies and theory. Dr. Favale is a Professor of the Practice at Notre Dame. She spent years teaching classes in gender theory and completed a Ph.D. and a Masters degree in gender studies. But during her conversion to Roman Catholicism, she re-evaluated what she was and had taught. She discusses this transformation in this podcast, and the standard views of modern gender theory and feminism.
