We encourage you to listen to part one of this discussion, as well as our episodes on Genesis 6 and God's Divine Council before listening to part two of Division of the Nations.
In part two of two of our discussion on the Division of the Nations we continue our explanation of the events of Genesis 11 - the Tower of Babel - through the clarifying lens of Deuteronomy 32. Here, Moses uses the division that occurred at the Tower of Babel as a teachable moment, a reminder to the Israelites to obey God’s commands. God’s disinheritance of the nations (and assignment to the sons of God) at Babel reminds us of God’s portion - Israel - and how His preservation points us to Jesus.
