The Tom's Talks Podcast is a place where we speak to a vast array of people from different walks of life and find out what makes them them. We will speak about their unique journey and delve into the highs and the lows which ultimately define them.
This week we sit down with Jordan Adams, one half of the FTD brothers. Jordan was told he had a rare genetic trait that meant he would suffer from Frontotemporal Dementia in his middle life, passed down from his mother who had sadly suffered and lost her life to the disease. Since Jordan found out his fate he has made it his life's mission to get the most out of life and help others do so along the way. His story is nothing short of inspirational and this episode is not to be missed.
