The Tennessee Titans have a plethora of needs all over the roster, but none is more pressing than quarterback where the Titans are one of the most depressing teams in the league in terms of talent. Quarterback isn't the only top need though as premium positions like tackle, edge and wide receiver also need love. Tennessee Titans 7-Round Mock Draft: Cam Ward could be the pick for the Titans at the top of the NFL Draft and if that is the case, what would it look like? The Tennessee Titans will likely need to exercise patience as they look to rebuild the roster, but if they hope to turn things around quickly, the fastest path to more wins is to bolster the pass rush, not add a rookie quarterback. Bolstering the pass rush could be accomplished by drafting Abdul Carter early in the NFL Draft, but lately some Titans fans have been worrying about Carter's Philadelphia Eagles fandom and using it as a reason to downplay his fit with the Titans. That complaint is insane and lacks an understanding of how professional sports works. Finally, Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets have made their breakup official and if Rodgers wants to play football in 2025, it should be a priority for the Titans to give him a call.

The Tennessee Titans are in a prime position to trade back and get additional draft capital, but just because the Titans want to trade back doesn't mean they should take a below market deal. The Titans need to have a baseline for what trade compensation for the #1 overall pick should look like. Also, there will be plenty of partners the Titans could make a deal with including the New York Giants, Las Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saints. Each team would have to present a different offer. Finally, if the Titans do make a draft trade, they should not take back any players. The Titans need to build through the draft, not take on win-now veterans.

The Tennessee Titans need to address the quarterback position this offseason in a major way and there will be a ton of veteran options out there, but the Titans must say NO to Sam Darnold, Matthew Stafford and Kirk Cousins. However, they can say yes to Derek Carr or Aaron Rodgers who fill the need in a smarter way, but they cannot do so in a trade. Finally, there are veteran options out there that the Titans will not have interest in for a multitude of different reasons like Justin Fields, Jameis Winston and Zach Wilson.

The Tennessee Titans need to take notes after watching the Philadelphia Eagles demolish the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl and let that guide them when building their roster over the next few seasons. A quick lesson would be to draft Abdul Carter with the first pick. With the Eagles championship comes a championship for former Titans wide receiver AJ Brown. Brown left in the worst trade in Titans history, but this is also proof that time heals all wounds because watching Brown win wasn't all that painful for Titans fans. Finally, with the 2025 football season coming to a close, Tyler is glad to move on to the future and restore some hope.

The Tennessee Titans have a need at quarterback and we got news on Sunday that Aaron Rodgers will be come a free agent after parting ways with the New York Jets. Rodgers would be a perfect answer for the Titans unique situation at quarterback and would give them the flexibility they need moving forward. If the Titans sign Rodgers, that would also make it interesting for the backup role. While you could absolutely pair Rodgers with a rookie quarterback, pairing him with Will Levis would actually make a lot of sense as well. Finally, a rookie quarterback is a logical pair to Rodgers, but based on all the reports we have seen over the weekend, it sounds like the Titans want everyone to know they are interested in trading down and the New York Giants are interested in moving up.
