    The Tennessee Titans are now into Week 2 of their head coaching search and John Harbaugh remains the best candidate on the market. The only issue is, as more information comes it seems the Titans aren't one of the top two picks for Harbaugh and some historic factors make it less likely he picks Tennessee. That makes Kevin Stefanski, Mike McCarthy and Robert Saleh the next best. If the Titans can't pick from the top tier, looking at options like Chris Shula, Jeff Hafley and Mike McDaniel becomes the next step and while McDaniel leaves a lot to be desired, he certainly isn't the worst they could do. There are plenty of worse options available like Matt Nagy, Arthur Smith and the worst of them all, Lou Anarumo.     The Tennessee Titans had Matt LaFleur in Nashville when he was the offensive coordinator for the 2018 team and if the Green Bay Packers let him go, the Titans need to pounce and bring him back home. LaFleur immediately becomes the top candidate on the market with a bullet. John Harbaugh is the second-best candidate and while he has reported real interest in the Titans, Tyler thinks he is using the Titans to get more out of a more desired spot like the New York Giants. The Titans added a bunch of new interviews over the weekend with some great names like Mike McCarthy, Mike McDaniel and Kliff Kingsbury. This is an exciting next step after a concerning first week. Finally, the Titans completed seven interviews in Week 1 of the coaching search and none of the names outside of Kevin Stefanski make sense, but because of the current coaching landscape, Stefanski may be more likely than previously though. Also, Jeffery Simmons and Chimere Dike made the NFL's 1st team All-Pro list and Titans fans should be overjoyed to see it.     The Tennessee Titans coaching search is off to a ROUGH start. The candidate list so far is completely uninspiring or downright embarrassing. Mike McCarthy reportedly isn't interested in the job and has yet to be requested while the Titans look like fools for interviewing Jason Garrett on Friday. The Titans have still not requested Anthony Weaver or Klint Kubiak either and it is expected they are not a serious contender for John Harbaugh. All of this is not going in the right direction. The hope Titans fans should hold on to though is that a lot of the best young candidates are currently in the playoffs and the Titans, hopefully, are just waiting to speak with guys like Robert Saleh, Chris Shula and Jesse Minter. Finally, Amy Adams Strunk is far from the best owner in the NFL, but is far from the worst also. The Titans are in a down phase, but we all must remember she was also the one who pulled the franchise out of the rut they were in 12 years ago. She is responsible for the second-best Titans team in history, so pretending she is terrible at the job and can't get this back on track is absurd.     The Tennessee Titans whole world has hung in the balance the last 24 hours as Cam Ward's injury clouded any optimism about the future, but we got great news on Monday indicating Ward will not require surgery and should be fully healthy for the entire offseason. While setbacks are always possible, this is a best case scenario for Ward considering a lot of the reporting around the injury on Sunday.     The Tennessee Titans got a showcase from some of the top prospects in the NFL Draft during the second round of the college football playoff including a dominant performance from Miami's Rueben Bain and a disappointing one from Ohio State's Carnell Tate. This should inform how we rank those players and Tyler gives his early "top pick" draft board. As the Titans take on the Jacksonville Jaguars to finish their season and the key for the Titans is to stay healthy. That is more important than a victory as they enter a critical offseason for the franchise. Finally, the Titans are currently slated to have the fourth pick in the NFL Draft and that should hold depending on results around the league, but the Titans could also use some help from the Baltimore Ravens to improve a Day 3 pick.
