    When I first learned about EFT, no one really explained why we tap where we tap or how it actually works. I used to think manifestation was all about mentally attuning my energy, but that completely ignored one of the most powerful components of manifestation—our body.

    Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches that our brain is the electro part of our electromagnetic field, while our heart—the true magnet—is deeply rooted in our body. If we want to manifest effectively, we need to move our emotions, release stored tension, and bring our entire system online.
