Midlife is difficult and can be exhausting. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed and the weight of that can bring us down. This week Rebecca and Lana discuss midlife blues, strategies for coping and why we should be joining our local Polar Bear Club, with therapist and author, Sarah Brokaw.
Sarah Brokaw is a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) and certified professional coach with a private practice in Los Angeles. She works with individuals and couples who are struggling with challenges that are getting in the way of their ability to accomplish major goals. She strives to help individuals seeking a greater sense of purpose, fulfillment and success in any area of life by guiding the person on a path to self-empowerment.
Sarah is the New York Times best selling author of ‘Fortytude: Making the Next Decades the Best Years of Your Life-through the 40s, 50s, and Beyond’, and the creator and host of the podcast Shared Secrets that focuses on the healing power of shared vulnerability.
