Linda, the founder and director of the Program for Research and Outreach on Gender Equity in Society (PROGRESS), is a trailblazer in understanding the barriers women face in the workplace and developing evidence-based solutions to promote gender equality. Linda and Pattie dive into the true roots of the gender pay gap, and how equitable distribution of labor is the key to narrowing the divide. They also explore the double standard of workplace behaviors and the perceptions of men as "the boss" and women as "bossy”.
