  • In this episode, listeners will discover the role of a Patient Access Liaison, also known as a “PAL,” who serves as a support partner for patients prescribed TEPEZZA (teprotumumab-trbw). We’ll hear a conversation between Annie, a real Thyroid Eye Disease (T-E-D) patient who received TEPEZZA, and her PAL, Molly, as they talk about TED, discuss Annie’s treatment journey that included a thousand plus mile move, and shed light on the sense of community PALs provide to patients by educating and supporting them through treatment. TEPEZZA is a prescription medicine used to treat Thyroid Eye Disease.
