Comfort zone is a psychological state in which a person feels familiar safe and at least it’s where we feel most ourselves and unchallenged while it’s a cozy place to be staying in our comfort zone can limit our growth and development is often when we stepped out outside of this zone, facing new experiences and challenges that we learn and grow the most remember it’s OK to feel a bit uncomfortable when you’re trying new things that’s a part of the process and is how we stretch our boundaries.
