We have all had days when anger, frustration, or even fear attacks out of nowhere. Have you ever been quick to assume that it is due to a lack of sleep, being hangry, or any other physical reason? Have you found yourself excusing the emotion because it just couldn't be helped?

Did you know that there can be demonic, non-physically related reasons that you feel emotions that throw off your day? It's true, there are many physical reasons that we encounter a plethora of emotions in a day, but it is not the only reason.
