Following the competition, she cited her mental health as the reason for the withdrawal.

    She has over 5 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency shelter settings, where she noticed that traditional talk therapy and medication were not effective for everyone.

    She believes we can improve our mental health through exercise, awareness of negative thinking patterns, and implementing mindfulness techniques.

    With her background in both talk therapy and strength training, she believes that the mind and body are connected and your treatment should be connected as well.
