Katie provides an introduction to varying levels of self-acceptance, which is a precursor to what will happen in this show, a profound acceptance (and transcendence) of our (current definitions of) humanity. She also discusses how this transition will likely feel to those going through it, namely that at times the perspective will be from our current belief systems and will feel frustrating, disappointing or challenging; at other times the perspective will shift to more expansive frequencies and it will feel amazing, magnificent and abundantly loving. Same existence, different vantage points.

Specifically, our choice to resonate with the ‘frequencies of disallowance’ which was the genesis point of our experience here, that awakening is the expansion from a point of great limitation (the frequencies of disallowance, in this case), and that this is what humanity is experiencing now. The Chorus provides an overview of their perspective on human consciousness, which they see as an alignment to the frequency of disallowance and the resulting belief systems. They point out that our awareness of the possibility that something could be conscious or _un_conscious is the first manifestation of awakening, or rather expanding from the frequencies of disallowance and our experience here. In order to get a perspective that there is a ‘here’ and perhaps also a ‘not here’, we must have expanded slightly off the frequency, otherwise we would still be completely immersed in the game. Katie continues the discussion by highlighting that, from the view of The Chorus, our term for consciousness is what they would view as the Self, the Whole, the Being that you are. You can expand your consciousness to experience many things at once, or you can contract it to a very narrow and specific experience. That is what we all chose to do here in narrowing our consciousnesses to the frequencies of disallowance. The Chorus builds upon the topic of Consciousness from Episode 2, by providing their perspective on what we call ‘mind.’ Katie discusses how the function of mind is closely related to how we define reality; what is ‘real’ and what ‘is not real.’ When we see someone who is ‘crazy’, it is more likely that they are experiencing another frequency which - by our agreement to play in the game - we are not allowing ourselves to see or acknowledge. She also manages to connect this understanding to UFO sightings.
