This is a slightly different episode in that Peter and I interviewed each other, or rather we just had a conversation that we are both going to use on our podcasts.
It turns out this was a meeting of minds. We hadn’t talked much before we recorded this, and I think the outcome is better for it. We talk about a range of topics all related to mental fitness including depression , exercise, the importance if finding your happy place and the influence of the Stoic philosophers over 200o years on.
