Good things come to those who work for it - and sleep is no exception. Today I'm sharing with you the conversations I so often have with clients when things feel HARD. Because, spoiler, just like anything else completely life changing, giving your child the gift of sleep can feel really hard! Resisting the urge to constantly intervene or tweak things, and trusting the process, are the best, and only, HACKS to emerging on the other side with an incredibly happy baby or toddler who sleeps and eats like a dream. I hope this motivates any family that's on the fence about improving their child's sleep - it won't be easy, but it will be incredible.
