Planting Positivity is a series of 38 podcasts to help you, to help yourself! You wont get it all done, so stop trying! You won't get permission, so stop asking! Instead be more like a flower, it doesn't need permission, it doesn't have to be super busy all the time, it doesn't need justification, clarification, or credibility it just is! It grows, it blooms, its beautiful, it just is! Happiness and Positivity are a mindset, when planted, watered and nurtured, they grow, when weeded and pruned, they flourish, enabling you to bloom in life. To thrive rather than survive. Don't be like the salmon thrashing about upstream, relax, let go and go with the flow. It is not all about 6 figure incomes, sweating and stressing through life, proving you're a superwoman because look you can juggle baby, take the kids to numerous weekly activities (that they probably don't even want to do, by the way) be busy and super efficient at work, cook like Delia Smith and bake like Mary Berry and still have energy to be a loving wife, FFS*! its about enjoying the here and now. Its about aligning and finding the peace within, to be able to find your authentic voice and use it to get what you want. Its learning to say "NO! I'm not going to do that, because it is not in line with my happiness" Your happiness, your joy, your inner peace are too important to keep at the back door, too important to brush aside and hope you'll find time for them later.     When you start manifesting you are initially aware of all the things you fear.

    You have to dig deep and find out what sub-conscious thoughts are running in the background and limiting you.

    It is important to keep going. Its important to remind yourself that this does work, even if you can't see evidence initially.

    remember believing is seeing! not the other way around.

    Sometimes its best to go general and just think of what is working right now, if you find yourself slipping and becoming negative. It is important to think of what makes you feel good. Our energy vibration is crucial and our job is to keep it high and hopeful and in a state of anticipation.

    Your feelings are your indicator, if you feel good, you are in alignment with your inner being and moving positively towards your goal, if you feel bad it is because you are thinking a thought that is not in alignment with your inner being and not moving towards your goal.

    So keep checking how you feel, keep releasing things that make you feel bad and keep moving towards your goals.

  • Planting Positivity - Blooming Positivity No 36 - Chai Running

    Set your goals, think positively, check your feelings, release and feel good.

    Write down a list of the things you wish to create, consider the obstacles, as many times as you can speak out your goals and desires, do so. Visualize achieving this list, visualize having it, in the here and now.

    Write a diary, logging in, what you achieve and the small events that happen that are the small steps to success.

    Identify the goals and the ways to achieve this, set aside a time each day to meditate think about and reflect on your manifesting goals the things you want to be real.

    Maybe set up a group of supportive friends, to share your goals and for them to share theirs. This helps raise all of your frequencies, making you more positive as a group, when you are all talking about your dreams and intentions.

    Be specific in setting your goals; do not be too general, if you are too general, you will only get general results. Manifesting is an art form; you will need to practice it daily, to build up the manifesting muscles.

    The more you achieve success, the more aware you are of the power of your thoughts and this allows you to then be in a ‘state of allowing’.

    Meditation, which is about quieting the mind, is a great way to bring focus and clarity to your visions so practice meditation daily if possible. one way to meditate is to sit still and look at a candle flame and just look rather than think about it, or to breathe slowly in and out and just think of the inhales and exhales,-

    It might be 6 months from now, but at some point I do hope to hear all about how this course helped you take back your control and how you used this knowledge to create a better life for yourself.
