  • In this episode of the #theEDDMpodcast, I’m joined by the Harborne ward staff – Declan and Clare – from the QE hospital in Birmingham to speak about EDDM as a whole and how, as a multidisciplinary team, these guys have implemented improvement projects and ideas to embed EDDM into daily work on their ward. I'd like to make a huge shout out to Stacey, ward manager of Harborne ward, who couldn't join us to record this episode but has been instrumental in the delivery of these ideas and positive changes to the ward, and has so successfully empowered her team to engage in all of it!
