Not only was Becky the first woman graduate of West Point to achieve General Officer, but she was also the Senior Commanding General for logistics during combat in Iraq. After 27 years of service in the U.S. Army, she then wrote the book "The First Person You Must Lead Is You." Becky and Deb discuss the power of taking time to reflect, her tips for problem-solving, and how to stay calm during the chaos.
