  • Résumé

  • Grief is such an overpowering emotion especially after losing someone so close to you. It can take months, years, even decades to "get back to normal" (if that's even possible) after experiencing a significant loss. This podcast was created to help you move through and release the emotions allowing you to heal the hurt and begin living again. Listen in as I chat with medical professionals, grief workers and people who have first-hand experience in losing a loved one, what their experience has been and what they did to help heal themselves and those around them. Life isn't always sunshine and rainbows... but I believe there is always a silver lining, if you're willing to look.

After suffering several early childhood traumas, later incarceration and even being shot, Tony had to fight to overcome difficult beginnings as he became a young man. It wasn’t until he lost his son in 2016, and his mother 2 years later, that Tony truly embarked on his dynamic grief journey where he learned the importance of forgiveness and healing.

Through experiencing his darkest moments and lowest valleys, Tony has emerged with a mission and vision to help others, especially men, to process their grief in a compassionate way that leads to empowerment and true self-knowledge.

  • o4 Bonnie Hardy: Using Grief as Motivation to Create a Legacy & Banish Procrastination
    Aug 22 2023
Life coach Bonnie Hardy has a mission to help midlife women break through their self-imposed barriers and live the life they were meant to live, on their own terms. Bonnie is different from other life coaches in that she wears her vulnerability publicly and transparently — by talking about her struggle with depression, self-esteem and homelessness. She teaches others how to practice gratitude in all situations, even when it seems life has been a pattern of repeated disappointments. She talks about her love for her sister Dawn and father, both whom she lost and grieves to this day.

Bonnie will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to seize the day in honor of both yourself and those you’ve loved and lost, because we owe it to ourselves and to them to not waste our life while we are here.
