    The main idea is that God does not allow pain or suffering without a redemptive purpose of bringing forth new life and growth, just as a mother's labor pains lead to the birth of a child. The podcast opens by acknowledging the reality of pain and difficult seasons we all face in life. It then dives into the metaphor in Isaiah 66:9 of God not abandoning us mid-labor but seeing the birth through to completion.
